A wise lesson. Never again.
Positive: The location. Not to far from the old center and in a very quiet area across the parc.
Negative: The noise inside! It was 1 appartement split into 2. When the neighbours in the next door studio talked it was like they were standing in the living room with me. Also a loud bell went off in the hallway every time someone pressed the code to get into the front door of the building. It leaves no doubt, when they made two appartements out of one they did not invest in isolation. When complaining about it to the owner he offered me a 10% discount if, and only if, I would give him a 10/10 review on Booking.com. I don't like being coerced into lying.
