Positive: Location Negative: The shower drain has not water trap and it smells. Bathroom is very small. There are other apartments above and it is very noisy when people go up the stairs or are in the unit above. There is very poor sound isolation.

Positive: The Apartment was great. Unfortunately, as soon as I checked in my mobile phone went offline. I can't say if it was due to being in the Apartment or not, but because of it I had a very stressful time there. The Apartment was well enough stocked & luckily there was a key code to get in or I would really have had to stay somewhere else. Negative: I struggled to contact the owner due to my Phone difficulties. There were no instructions on how to use the TV, the Washing Machine & the Coffe machine so I couldn't use any of that. The flat is perfectly good, but some better communication from the owner is needed.

Positive: This apartment is all about the balcony and the amazing views it gives you. The apartment itself is comfortable and equipped with all you need. The balcony overlooks the port and levante beach. Above you swifts fly around and below Spanish families walk up and down the street on their holidays. The atmosphere is simply gorgeous. Javier is an attentive host, always in reach by phone if you need him. We loved this apartment. Negative: Some guests may say that the kitchen is a bit basically equipped but we had everything we needed.

Agradable, buenas vistas- Positive: El apartamento está en primera línea, vistas muy bonitas. La decoración muy bonita y moderna. Negative: El baño, pequeño, falta limpieza, huele fatal por humedad.

Un hâvre de paix. Positive: Superbe vue sur la baie de Benidorm du balcon. Proche des plages du centre. Appartement sympatique et confortable. Negative: Tout est parfait pour passer un très agréable séjour. Toutes les plages à proximité ainsi que les restaurants, les magasins de vêtements, les taxis etc....
